The pitch form
- What we collect: the details you enter, such as your name, email, country and information about your game.
- Why: to review your pitch and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Who processes it: submissions are delivered through Formspree, which may store data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses, and then kept in our email.
- How long: up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply and keep it for as long as the conversation is useful.
Third-party links
Everything on this site, including images and fonts, is served from moltergames.com. Links to Steam, YouTube, X and Google Drive take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@moltergames.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
